Aloha Joee,

Looks like you have been suffering for months now. I hope that Lisa's suggestion was helpful to you.  She is a wonderful teacher.

I felt compelled to add my advise to your question, because I am concerned about your oxygen level. Are you on home oxygen 24 hours a day? Carrying around a lot of excess fluid is problematic because it inhibits the absorption of oxygen along with many other important nutrients.  I'm sure you are aware of the fluid issues that come along with heart failure.

You can protect and possibly strengthen your heart muscle by keeping your blood oxygen level at 92% Saturation or higher at ALL times! If you ignore low oxygen levels, you will deteriorate quickly and your quality of life will be lost.

Take good care of yourself!

Many blessings,

Carrie
