my baby underwent an ohs on wednesday and he is in ITU.

He had a repair of Pulmonary Venous Stenosis and PDA ligation. he had high PAH which the doctors said will come down once the surgery is completed. the PAH is still there and they have introduced nitric oxide to reduce PAH. how long will it take to bring the PAH into control?
