Q: I have pain on inside bend of left arm and the outer portion of my bicept, should I be worried?

Hi Kidlectric:  Many factors go into causing pain in the arms.  Anything that produces pain in the chest can be the cause:  The muscles, the lungs, the ribs, or the heart.

 

So arm pain should not be ignored.  It could be a local problem in the muscle or something else.

 

Best to see your doctor and be examined.
