Q: Epicardial fat

I had MRI ABDOMEN WITH AND WITOUT CONTRAST. They found "a minimal amount of pericardial fluid (likely physiologial)" and "moderately extensive epicardial fat". Is it something to worry about?

I am 41 y.o male. 5'11". 200 lbs.
I had a congenital heart defect WPW which was corrected some 10 years ago by cardiac ablation. The only medication I take now is bystolic 2.5mg/day to stabilize my heart rate (I was suffering from chest pains and palpitations).

However, for the the last 5 years I have been plagued with undiagnosed health problems.

I have chronic severe headaches, burning sensations all over my body and frequent episodes of urticaria, occasional chest pains and heart palpitations, nausea, lightheadedness, periods of extreme fatigue and weakness. Test revealed: elevated cholesterol (230), consistently elevated ALT liver enzyme (55, range 0-40), elevated cortizol levels, and a kidney cyst. None of those explains my symptoms and doctors do not know what is causing these problems.
