I have this swishing noise in my head like bloodflowing hard thru the vessels in my head no doctor can figure out what it is. Anyone else experience after a stint?

new diagnosis

I am newly diagnosed with single vessel coronary artery disease. I was prescribed Coreg 6.25 mg 2X daily and had to reduce that to 3.125 shortly after. Also taking isosorbide 30 mg. and nitroglycerin .4 mg as needed for chest pain. Pain and symptoms seemed worse after starting new meds. Any advice? Heart problems/burping

I get dizzy, and feel like I drank too much coffee, then I burp profusely, and am wondering if all this is connected somehow. Sometimes my pulse will get faster, and sometimes not, but I always feel flushed and my hands get sweaty. Can anyone tell me what this is? I am taking my blood pressure medicine correctly. And I have sleep apnea as well
