Regarding Heart disease

Hi, I suffer from SLE for past 14 years and now i got hyperthyroid but i feel my heart palpitates very high and i can feel the palpitation , when consulted with doctors they told this may be due to thickining of the heart walls. Wiill i later get heart enlargement problems? please advice.

I've had EECP 3 times in the past. It can really help, in my case, the 1st 2 times did wonders, the 3rd, not so much. Apparently, if you have diabetes, it's not as effective.
