My Pregnant Daughter

My daughter is 3 months pregnant and has mitro valve regergatation.  She is worried about lifting the baby afterward because her limit is 5 lbs.  I would like some suggestions on how to help her and ease her mind so that she can relax and enjoy her pregnancy.  Has anyone been through this or have some ideas?
