Heatbeat rate bpm

Hi Doctor, I am a 23 year old male who is 6'0 and weigh 230 pounds.I started excercising last month on a regular basis everyday for atleast 2-3 hours.I recently noticed that by heatbeat rate was between 80-85 bpm.Is that normal?I am a regular smoker and smoke an average of 10 cigarettes a day.I drink 2 beers in a month......Please advise... Is this heart disease?

my friend is a renal patient and recently told me she has a enlarged heart and a enlarged aorta vascular lesions and scared mitral valves she doesnt seem concerned and wont go back to the doctor shes 32 should I be worried.
