Is this heart disease?

my friend is a renal patient and recently told me she has a enlarged heart and a enlarged aorta vascular lesions and scared mitral valves she doesnt seem concerned and wont go back to the doctor shes 32 should I be worried.

Heart racing

My husband's heart is racing, he has been in the hospital but is now home.  The doctors have perscribed 2 different medicines. Nothing is working. Now the specialist wants to burn his heart.  What is this procedure?
