Genetic Disorder

Hello, I dont have any sort of heart disease but I do have a condition that requires me to take warfarin for the remainder of my lifetime. I have a genetic disorder (MTHFR). Stomach symptoms that I don't understand ?

I've been having major stomach cramps . Where it litterally has me doubled over . I break out in sweats , get extemly hot , feel like I'm going to pass out , vomit , pass gas , or go to the restroom . Has anyone out there ever experienced these symptoms ?
