New artificial heart almost ready for human trials

A fully implantable heart that researchers say will help alleviate the worldwide need for heart transplant donors will be ready for human trials in 2011, scientists say. The prosthetic heart is made from chemically treated animal tissue and is shaped like a real human heart.
