Fosamax, Reclast linked to irregular heart rhythms

Two studies have linked the osteoporosis meds Fosamax and Reclast to irregular heart rhythms in a small number of women. The signs of heart problems were more pronounced with Reclast, but they were also seen in patients taking Fosamax. Researchers say the overall risk is small and that women who are at high risk for fractures should keep taking the meds. Read more »
