Study: New tests not better at predicting heart risks

Results from two new studies suggest that tests for biomarkers of cardiac risk--including inflammation-linked C-reactive protein (CRP)--are no better than using older, established factors such as smoking, obesity, high cholesterol, and physical activity to predict a person's heart risks.  Read full story >
