Study: Reflux drugs OK with blood thinners

People who take blood thinners such as Effient and Plavix can safely take drugs to treat acid reflux and heartburn, a new study has found. This study counters previous research that had suggested that proton-pump inhibitors such as Prilosec and Protonix could interfere with the way these clot-busting drugs worked. Read full story >
