Can lumbar spinal stenosis cause spikes in blood pressure?

In 2005 I herniated from the L3-L5-S1 and had to have spinal surgery. In 2009 I have developed lumbar spinal stenosis and it spikes my blood pressure anywhere from 5 to 10 days at a time. Perhaps the medical community has not studied this syndrome throughly, but I can assure those who have asked about it on this website that spinal stenosis does, indeed, spike your blood pressure dangerously high, at times!
