It may be unfortunate that you must start BP meds so young, but it is actually wise beyond your years.
You did not provide your dosage of Coreg CR. That might need to adjusted downward, but fatigue is common on beta blockers. As Brendan notes, it will be some time for your body to adjust to the med and also, to living at a lower BP. Your numbers are not too low, but they are not what your body may be used to.
