The first thing I'll say is that you should definitely discuss this with your doctor if you already haven't.  It's always important to consult a professional with these kinds of symptoms or questions. 

In the meantime, I searched our site and I think you should read the basics of Understanding Blood Pressure.  Then you can refer to the area discussing normal blood pressure ranges and see if this there helps to answer your question or what your reading means.
