I tried to donate blood this weekend and I was refused. When they measured my blood pressure it was 120 over 120. I didn't think that it was possible to have the same reading for both systolic and diastolic. The nurse tried it a few times, a few minutes apart, and she said that once in a while she got 120 over 110 but many times could not measure a difference.
What does it mean to have systolic and diastolic numbers equal or very close?
