      <title>Should I take blood pressure meds intermittantly for borderline hypertension?</title>
      <description>My normal BP is around 135/78. I eat healthy and excercise regularly. I think stress may&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;contributorto my sometimes high blood pressure. At least once every few days my blood pressure rises to 146/85.My doctor said it is ok to take a blood pressure pill when it gets this high. I try not to&amp;nbsp;take one on a regular basis since it always seems to go back down eventually. Does this sound like a safe way to approach high blood...</description>
