I recently found out that I have high blood pressure. My family has had a history only in late ages 78+. I am concerned about the side effects of blood pressure medications. Does anyone have a similar experience?

Thursday, December 27, 2007 at 02:34 PMHello,yes & you have right to be concerned with side effects.It seems as the drugs they give you only mask the problem & create more in differnt areas. Of course you know the basics eat well, worry less,exercise more. So how are you doing now ?
