    Thanks so much for posting this information.  I think it really is important for people to realize that there are many ways to improve your health through better diet, exercise - all the stuff that make up our lifestyle choices.

     

    I guess I wonder how it is that so many people are on medications.  I recently asked my mom if she thought she would be on her HBP medication, well for the rest of her life.  She said yes.  I asked her if she had discussed with her doctor if there might be ways for her to reduce her HBP through better diet, exercise, etc.  She said that she thought if so her doctor would have told her so. Hmm.

     

    So here's to all the folks out there who read this post by our expert Alvin and maybe think asking the question is next on the list.  What have you got to lose?
