Thanks so much for this post Alvin. i think people can become quickly resigned to a condition and not realize they may have the control to change their health status by making some good, basic, common sense choices. Of course this is not the situation in all cases. But it certainly is worth a try to eat better and live healthier and mayb can ride themselves of HBP without drug intervention.
