    EVEN ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT MEDICENES, I AM PUZZLED BY THE FACT MY SYSTOLIC IS ALWAYS ON AVERAGE 145 BUT THAT THE DIASTOLIC RUNS ON AVERAGE UNDER EIGHTY.  wHEN i GET ON A NEW MEDICENE OF ANY KIND, MY SYSTOLIC ALWAYS DROPS THE FIRST COUPLE OF DAYS TO 120S BUT GRADUALLY GOES BACK UP TO 140S OR 150S.  i FEEL GOOD IN THIS RANGE BUT DO UNDERSTAND THAT THE LONGRANGE EFFECTS CAN BE BAD.  aRE YOU FAMILIAR WITH THIS OCCURRENCE?  i WOULD LIKE TO KNOW.  i AM A FIFTY NINE YEAR OLD FEMALE WHO STANDS 5 FOOT TWO AND WEIGHS 155 POUNDS.  i LEAD AN ACTIVE LIFE OF WALKING AT LEAST TWO MILES EVERY OTHER DAY AND EXERCIZING ON A STATIONARY BIKE THE OTHER TWO DAYS.  CAN YOU HELP AT ALL OR DO YOU NEED MORE DETAILS.  i HAD A STRESS TEST LAST YEAR AND SOME OTHER HEART TESTS AND WAS CLEARED BY THE CARDIOLOGIST.
