Community members should remember to always check with their doctor before adding something new to their "treatment plan" for HBP. A professional medical opinion can help evaluate if adding or subtracting something could interfere with exisiting medications or other treatments.

My boyfriend is 22 and has high blood pressure sometimes so bad he gets headaches and has to lie down and wait it out. What did you and your husband do to make it go away?
