My husband once had High blood pressure and High cholesterol but not now. We found a healthy product out there that helps get rid of them.

Thanks Marilyn for posting this information. Community members should remember to always check with their doctor before adding something new to their "treatment plan" for HBP. A professional medical opinion can help evaluate if adding or subtracting something could interfere with exisiting medications or other treatments.

My boyfriend is 22 and has high blood pressure sometimes so bad he gets headaches and has to lie down and wait it out. What did you and your husband do to make it go away?
I to have headaches and do not want to take prescriptions or over the counter headache meds.
