Stephanie Tubbs Jones, 58, suffered an apparent aneurysm Tuesday night that caused her to lose consciousness while driving, reported Politico.
UPDATE: Reports confirm that Tubbs Jones died Wednesday.

According to reports, police pulled over Tubbs Jones' car in Cleveland around 9 p.m. Tuesday after noticing that it was moving erratically. Police discovered the congresswoman unconscious but breathing in the driver's seat, reported Politico.
Tubbs Jones, a graduate of Case Western University law school, was the first black woman elected to the House from Ohio and was named chairwoman of the House Ethics Committee in 2007.
