lowering blood pressure with snacks and weight loss.

my fiance weighed 250 11 months ago when i met him. i made him snacks throughout the day and i also started baking his meals, like chicken with garlic. he eats something early in the morning to kick his metabolism off, just some toast or crackers. Most cravings for food are gone in 9 minutes, so if u just wait, then the craving will pass. also, when he is hungry, he used to eat ALOT. I made him a small sandwich, and he found that if he just waited 10-15 minutes, he was satisfied and not hungry anymore. every 3 hours, he eats a small snack and it keeps him satisfied. He only eats one full meal a day and thats when he gets off work. I cook mostly anything, since he ate healthy all day. well, his blood pressure was 199/100, and he weighed 250 and is only 5 foot 6. Now it is 11 months later and he only weighs 168 and his blood pressure was 126/78 yesterday. we only do minumal exercise, so it was easy to lost the weight. I only weigh 115 and i am 5 foot 3. he is healthier now and happier.
