The researchers stated in the abstract that it was soy nuts used in the study. Soy nuts are whole soy food. I am wondering if it is safe to recommend to folks to use all soy foods (including those that are processed and involve only the soy protein isolates) to reduce their blood pressure. Especially those who have a thyroid condition or allergy to soy.
