About Me

i am 70 year's old, married ,with 4 grown children and blessed with many grandchildren, in 1992 i was told i have C O P D , and the last 5 years i have been having trouble with my blood pressure, i have never been over weight, until the last year, and i think it is from all the Medisons i am taking, also take asmanex and combivent, i do my own house work and cooking, Dr wants me to take walks but it really hurts my hips and legs.i do take Calcium and COQ10 and Omacor and Calcium with minerals and vitamin D, i just need to know what i am doing wrong, thank you.,
