It's nice to find someone who talks about high blood pressure treatment without spending the whole article flogging salt! Sodium consumption is at best a 2nd tier factor in causing HBP. Much more important to make sure you're eating your fruits and veggies, losing the excess flab, exercising, and cutting back on recreational drugs such as nicotine, booze, sugar and white flour. Now if I can just find out who can do Functional Intracellular Assessment out here on the left coast I'll be set.
