My blood pressure was high even on diruetics to lower it.  With the prescribed pills I almost always had a stylostic (top) reading of above 120 and worse, a dialostic (bottom) reading of 90 at the lowest.  Because of severe side pains I was told to stop taking the diruetic pill.

I decided to try garlic.  I sliced a raw clove, put it on bread with some sandwich meat and ate it.  I took my blood pressure every couple of hours and it was low!  The top now was 108-118 and the bottom was 78-89.  The effect lasted until bedtime at which I ate another clove.  I have been doing this for about three days with excellent results.  Even under real stress, my blood pressure was 134/98 where as before under real stress, it was 150/113!

I don't know why it's working out so well but I'm sticking with it.  There are no side effects, it doesn't create other health problems,  that's good enough for me!

Went to pharmacy and picked up the garlic supplement. Now the same time readings are 118-140/70-88.I also use b-complex.Garlic does work but read the cautions about interacting with certain drugs.
