    Although chocolate is high in flavonoids, not all chocolate is created equal.  Only cold-processed chocolate retains the flavonoid value.  If you would like more information about where to get good healthy dark Belgin chocolate, let me know.

    I have high b/p. Having heard that red wine will help lower it, I did enjoy the occasional glass. But it seems when ever I did I got sweaty and flushed. Come to find out that not all people react to red wine the same. It made my b/p go sky high.
