Sudden Rise in Blood Pressure

I have always had normal blood pressure in the range of 112-120/65-70.  I hadn't checked it in a few months and all of a sudden it has been in the range of 136-149/85-90.  I'm a bit concerned as to the reason for this.  I've been feeling fine. Does anyone have some ideas as...

    Hello and thanks so much for your post.  I am the moderator of the site and though not medically trained, I will try to help answer your questions.

     

    First, I will recommend you see you doctor as soon as possible.  He/She can give you the proper medical evaluation you need in order to determine what might be happening.
