Thanks os much for posting to our site, it is great to have you with us. I am the moderator here and though not medically trained will try and help find answers to your questions if I can.
The first and most important thing for your friend to do is to seek a medical opinion on what is happening with him. He should contact his general practitioner to consult with him or her as to how to proceed - maybe get a referral for a specialist. Geeting a trained medical evaluation is the only way to determine the cause of the headaches and how to handle the BP too.
In the meantime, he can read our section on low blood pressure to learn a bit more before he sees a doctor.
As well, on our Questions and Answers page I did find a specific reference to Migraines and Low Blood Pressure. Check it out and let us know how things are going.
