    Thanks.  Always good to hear from you.  You know, blood pressure is such a simple measure yet often so misunderstood and too often ignored.  I am fortunate to have relationships with many excellent docs who practice PREVENTIVE medicine.  These professionals are hard to find so I am happy to share with everyone what they share with me.  Good heart health starts with the basics!
