Blood pressure results from excess fluid in the body or narrowing of the blood carrying veins. The above is known for more than 100 years now.

 

The reason of the above is build up of acids and other wastes near the skin. The excess acids is the result of drinking water and fluids with or after meals and specially late night meals and then lying down on bed etc.

 

The cure is - removal of those build ups. Drink water when there is no acid in the stomach. 1 hours before the meals. No water in between the meals. So one can drink water only for 90 minutes in 24 hours.

 

After using this routine for more than 1 to 3 months results in low blood acids and low metabolism. Low metabolism again causes acid build ups and high blood pressure conditions.

 

When the benefits of drinking 8 to 10 glasses a day starts diminishing, start drinking water only 2 times in a day with a gap of 12 hours.

 

Again increase the gap when the results starts diminishing. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water on first day. On next day no water at all.

 

During this phase the water trapped in various portions of the body gets release. On the day when you are not drinking water increase the meal size as much as possible. This will cause the trapped water to move out of the body. It will relax the muscles.

 

After you reach the third phase, it will take 2-3 months to be free from all kinds of medication.

 

I have tried the above on all friends and family members.

 

When initially you increase water intake, the blood pressure drops in first 7 to 10 days by 5 to 10 points. After that period it starts increasing. When it starts increase, increase the gap between water intakes.

 

Again it will positive results. Again when BP starts going up shift to phase 3 of going without water on alternate days.
