I have had a full work up (echo, stress ekg, bloodwork, tilt table) and all normal. My problem is that when I change position my heart rate drives up usually about 20 beats. It will slow down within minutes. (my resting tends to be about 80). I don't feel well....heart racing and lightheaded with this happens.

I don't drink enough water. Can this be the culprit?  I also have pituitary tumor (being treated). Electro thought this might be cause.

I also tend to hold my breath a lot (stress).Could this cause these positional palpitations?

Since doc doesn't see need to treat wondering if also taking magnesium may help.
