Hi Everybody,I am a reasonably fit 67 yr old and have just recently retired.Developed high BP as soon as I quit smoking and gained about 25lbs.Would love to hear from anybody who has the same concerns as myself regarding BP.Am loving retirement but my enjoyment is also clouded by worry over health.
