hbp due to anxiety and bad diet

Hi! I'm new to hbp connection but have been a member at anxiety and depression connection. My doctor scares me

I have a doctor I see thru a community clinic since I cannot afford regular insurance. I am 54 with diabetes and high blood pressure problems.
