what to do?

bp is wavering. yesterday it was high 130/100. two days back it was normal and so also today. what is the reason for this?what are the restrictions one should observe in this case. i have stopped consuming salt. i literally took salt less/oil less food today. if i stopped taking salt does it create any other problem?

Diabetes, High Blood Pressure and Cholesterol: How One Condition Impacts the Other

Hi,I have found out I have high blood pressure and would like to find a natural supplement to lower. I have changed my diet and exercising more. Has anyone taken an herbal supplement that worked?
