Sudden Rise in Blood Pressure

I have always had normal blood pressure in the range of 112-120/65-70.  I hadn't checked it in a few months and all of a sudden it has been in the range of 136-149/85-90.  I'm a bit concerned as to the reason for this.  I've been feeling fine.
