Organ damage

I have had HBP for at least 11 years. I have a host of other issues to go along with the HBP, primarily Sleep Apnea and Asthma. The question I have is, does anybody know of any studies which are predictive of how long "poorly" treated HBP et al can lead to organ damage? The short version, can I expect organ damage... sudden rise in blood pressure

for the past week every night around 7:30 PM after supper my blood pressure suddlenly rises it as gone as high as 200/108 that's when I WENT TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM I'M ALREADY ON HIGH BLOOD PREESURE MEDS, THROUGH OUT THE DAY MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS FINE USUALLY 120/84 I WALK TWO MILES EVERY DAY AFTER WORK I WAIT FOR ABOUT 1HOUR AND A HALF... blood pressure change

My blood pressure has always been nornal and for the last month the top numer is higher. It was 153/69 this morning. The bottom number is always normal but the top number fluxiates. What would cause this

High and low B.P.

My B.P. can range at night time from 240 over 117 when i lay down to 136 over 79 sitting to 89 over 56 standing this i the ortostatic results.I was in the hospital for a week and the doctors have no idea on what do other than take my meds. at night!Ihave diabetes, kidney problems but both are on the mend.
