I’ve heard olive leaf tea helps lower blood pressure

Hi Everyone, I’ve been reading through various topics and wanted to let you know about my uncle who has always had high blood pressure and bad cholesterol counts.  He has been using olive leaf tea and extracts for a couple of years with good success, I think he used the Olivus brand but there are many others.  Good luck to all!

hi, I have been suffering from high B.P since past 4 yrs and maintains normal with daily one tablet. I am 34 yrs old and wt is 65 kgs. Can I do exercise on thread mill & cycle? Pl. give me an advice.
