hypertension
My b/p is 142/96 in the left arm, while at the same time it is 180/100 in the right arm. Is the differnce in these two numbers indicative of anything or is it normal for there to be that much differnce in the two arms?

MIGRAINE WITH VERY LOW BLOOD PRESSURE
I HAVE REALLY BAD MIGRAINES AND I ONLY GET THEM WHEN I WAKE UP AND I HAVE KEPT A JOURNAL AND MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS ALWAYS REALLY LOW WHEN I CHECK IT WITH THE MIGRAINE. Which MD/Specialist to choose?
33 yr old male diagnosed with HBP 3 yrs ago (220/140). Has been on numerous medication to get his BP under control. Allergic to ALL Ace Inhbitors (severe reaction).
