Salt: Limit your intake for better heart health

I love to cook, but unfortunately I don't always have the time when I'm working. hypertension

My b/p is 142/96 in the left arm, while at the same time it is 180/100 in the right arm. Is the differnce in these two numbers indicative of anything or is it normal for there to be that much differnce in the two arms?
