Thanks for posting, though I'm not exactly clear on your question.  After searching our site I was able to find some information that you may find helpful on one of the medicatiosn you list.   Avapro: This drug is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and to help protect the kidneys from damage due to diabetes. High blood pressure reduction helps prevent strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems. This drug works by blocking the hormone angiotensin thereby relaxing blood vessels, causing them to widen. Irbesartan belongs to a class of drugs called angiotensin receptor blockers.   Hope this helps.  All the best, sue
