I am a 51 year old woman I have high blood pressure and take medcine for that for the last 2 or 3 months my pulse has been 50 or lower and a lot of trouble getting my breath, is this something I should be worrying about? Thanks

I have talk to my doctor about it she does not act like it is a problem. I have alot of other medical problems going on as well. Thank you very much for replying to my question. I well try to talk to her again in August when I see her again, In the mean time should I be worrying about it. Thanks Columbus02.

Hi Columbus02,

 

If you are not satisfied with your physician's response to your concerns consider getting a second opinion.  If you are happy with your physician, be sure to quiz her until you are satisfied with the answers, understand your treatment plan, and are comfortable with the decisions made regarding your health.

 

Since I do not know your medical history, I'm not able to say if you need to take action and be worried about your low heart rate and shortness of breath concerns.
