Hi Galyn,   No, there is usually no reason for concern is your pulse and diastolic blood pressure are the same.  A good blood pressure reading is 115/70 and the average adult heart rate is 70 beats per minute.  However, if you are concerned, consult your physician.   All the best, Lisa Nelson RD Be Heart Healthy and Lose Weight
