Q: If my blood pressure is going from 90's/50's and high 40's to 127/98 and diastolic is staying around high 80's to 90's is that bad? heart rate from 49 resting to 110 standing??

i do have dizziness, shortness of breath, and palpatations at times and very tired just dont wanna rush to hospital for no reason. I have a murmor and irregular heart beat, syncope possible cardiac dysrhythmia same i believe as irregular heart rate. BP varies I know but 89/49, 93/54,113/56, 129/98, 141/102, 103/88 is that good?

Hi ssc2011,

No, the blood pressure readings you've shared would not be considered good. I encourage you to contact your doctor to determine appropriate treatment to better control your blood pressure. The dizziness you experience may be related to when your blood pressure drops to the lower levels, but you still don't want a diastolic blood pressure (bottom number) greater than 90 mm Hg.

thank you very much for the reply, yes it does worry me a bit. Reading 138/55 106 heart rate standing I feel the worse when it shows top high bottom low. I think it's strange my bp laying down is reading 89/45 42 heart rate, but I think my heart is no longer regulating my heart rate right it is irregular anyway. Thank you again I appreciate your feed back as I have 5 kidos, they said take baby asprie to prevent h attack and blood clots so idk. Was in hospital 5 days no results just dia with bradyacardia but now lil high. Weird lol!
