Q: Why might diastolic reading increase after relaxation?

I just last week discontinued Coreg and Lisinopril in anticipation of getting pregnant.

Just today it started that after relaxing my blood pressure reading goes from about 120/80 to about 115/85.  I wait at least four minutes between the two readings.  This happened four times today so it wasn't just a fluke.  It used to be that both numbers decreased after relaxing.  What might be causing this?
