Worried there could be something going on that I need to know.

i am experiencing numbest on the left side of my face and behind my head on the left side. i have dizzy spells from time to time, and my blood pressure rose to 141/101 yesterday after being out in the heat for several hours. This combination of numbest, dizziness, and high blood pressure seems to be greater after drinking dark liquor, and being in the heat. Can someone inform me of what may be happening. I have been to the ER three times, and gotten nothing but I need to rest, take bayer pill once a day, and I may have gas problems. I do believe its something more.
